Polly Huang

​

Polly Huang is an innovative and resourceful florist from Taiwan. With over 10 years of professional experience, she has mastered a wide range of floral design techniques, including modern Japanese and European-style arrangements, and further develope her skills through formal training at a floral design school in New York. In 2016, she established her own flower shop and later moved the business to Hong Kong. 

 

Recognized for her creative flair and passion for the craft, Polly was appointed as the Hong Kong representative for the Academie d'art Floral Français in 2024. 

 

Drawing upon her extensive expertise, she personally designs and leads a diverse range of workshops, from beginner-friendly flower arrangement classes to advanced masterclasses in innovative techniques. Through her wealth of expertise and dedication to sharing her knowledge, she has mentored over hundreds students in the art of floral design.
